Custom Workout Plans

Based on your beginning assessments we will individualize your workout program to be tailored just for you. Completely personalized, no cookie cutter programming.

Nutritional Advice

We will provide you personalized Macro targets and nutritional tips and support to help you meet your goals. We do not prescribe meal plans at this time.

NASM Edge

By signing up with us you will gain access to a personalized app that will hold all of your workouts in one place. There are video examples of each exercise assigned in case you are at the gym on a day without your trainer.

Accountability

You will receive your coaches cell phone number who you can reach 24/7 for support. Your coach will be your accountability buddy and help you stay adhered to your program.

Healing Package Options

We offer combination programs that offer personal training as well as post-training healing sessions. Healing sessions may contain any of the other services offered at The Wolf Sage - Fitness and Alternative Therapy.
